We're Celebrating Our 10 Year Anniversary!
In 2012, Carrie and Dave Courtney, already experts in understanding how the real estate industry can change the lives of both agents and their clients, founded Changing Latitudes Real Estate.
Over time, they formed a unique team and Carrie and Dave knew there was something special about both the people and the culture they’d built. Lives were transformed and growth happened on an exponential level. Watching several agents excel beyond the norms, a recipe for success was developed and documented and a new movement in the real estate industry began to happen.
In 2020 the team decided it was time to expand so more agents could experience what was happening and Dave and Carrie began the journey to grow the business outside of the core area of
Central Florida.
Now, in 2022, Changing Latitudes Real Estate has offices in Orlando, Kissimmee, Bradenton, Clearwater, and our first office near Dallas, Texas. By focusing on what’s best for our growing team, we’ve designed proven processes to give every agent the opportunity to succeed in their real estate career and equip them to serve their clients at the highest, professional level.
Whether you are brand new to the business, a seasoned professional, or somewhere in between, there will always be a welcome place for you here at Changing Latitudes Real Estate.

Making the best Team is our passion
I have seen agents plateau, wanting to do more. Or new agents rack up tens of thousands of dollars in debt, wasting time and money on useless activities. These agents lay awake at night and wonder, is there a better way? If this sounds familiar, then consider this message your lifeline.
We expect too much from real estate agents. They cannot be experts at marketing, technology, processes, and systems, all while having the time and energy to build relationships and sell homes. I know this because I have been in your shoes.
